In GTA Online, casino work is a new type of co-operative mission introduced in The Diamond Casino Heist update. up to four players can participate in casino work, with one player taking the lead as the “operator”.
The operator controls the casino heist from a laptop, while the other players carry out the heist’s tasks.

The casino work missions are:
1) The Heist Leader must purchase an Arcade property.
2) The Heist Leader must approach the Arcade property owner and select “Purchase Business” from their interaction menu.
3) The Heist Leader must then select “Start Casino Heist” from the interaction menu. This will prompt a cutscene.
After the cutscene, the Heist Leader will be given a laptop and told to wait for further instructions from their crew.
4) Once all players have joined the Heist Leader’s lobby, the Heist Leader must select “Start Casino Work” from the interaction menu. This will start the mission.
The objective of casino work is to complete six tasks, which are:
1) Hack the security terminal – The Heist Leader must hack a security terminal inside the casino. This can be done by either interacting with the terminal directly, or by using the laptop to hack it remotely.
2) Download the floor plans – The Heist Leader must download the floor plans of the casino from the security terminal.
3) Find and collect Intel – One or more players must find and collect five pieces of intel scattered around the casino. These can be found by either searching for them manually, or by using the laptop to scan for them remotely.
Once all five pieces of intel have been collected, they must be delivered to the Heist Leader.
4) Crack open safes – One or more players must crack open five safes inside the casino.
Once all five safes have been cracked open, their contents must be delivered to the Heist Leader.
