How Do You Get More Plasmid Slots in BioShock?

In order to get more plasmid slots in BioShock, you will need to find and collect the special plasmid upgrades called “Slot Upgrades”. There are a total of five Slot Upgrades in the game, and each one will give you an additional plasmid slot. The five Slot Upgrades are located in the following areas:

1. Neptune’s Bounty – In the water-filled basement of Farmer’s Market, on a table next to a corpse.

2. Arcadia – In Langford’s office, on a desk next to the audio diary “The Great Chain”.

3. Olympus Heights – In Sander Cohen’s apartment, on a desk next to the audio diary “The Market is Patient”.

4. Apollo Square – In Fontaine Futuristics, on a desk in the room where you first encounter Big Daddies.

5. Point Prometheus – In the Lower Heat Loss Monitoring area, on a desk next to the audio diary “Insufferable Psychopaths”.

Once you have collected all five Slot Upgrades, you will have a total of six plasmid slots available.
