Where Are the Slots in Pokemon Red?

There are a total of 151 Pokemon in the first generation games – Red, Blue and Yellow Versions. In the original game, you can only carry a maximum of six Pokemon with you at any one time. This can be increased to a maximum of eight by obtaining an Itemfinder and using it to locate a hidden Item Ball containing an Expn card in Cerulean City.

However, even with eight Pokemon, you can only have three active party members at any one time. The remaining five must be stored in the PC at a Pokemon Center.

Exclusive Slots & Free Spins Offers:

There are a total of 32 slots in the PC. The first box contains the first eight slots, the second box contains the next eight slots and so on.

In order to access the other boxes, you must speak to the attendant at the front desk and ask to see your Pokemon. She will then bring out the appropriate box for you to view.

The PC also has a special function known as the Daycare Center. Here, you can leave up to twoPokemon to be cared for while you continue your journey.

The Daycare Center will level up your Pokemon as they play together, and will occasionally produce eggs which can be hatched into new Pokemon.

So where are the slots in Pokemon Red? The answer is that they’re all over the place! You’ll find them in your PC, in the Daycare Center and even out in the wild if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon a rare Item Ball containing an Expn card. With so many places to catch ’em all, it’s no wonder that Pokemon is such a popular franchise!.
