If you have been excluded from all casinos in Singapore, you will need to submit a written request to the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore (CRA) to cancel your exclusion. You can do this by:
1. Filling in the online form at https://www.cra.gov.sg/Exclusion-Cancellation-Form/
2. Downloading the form from the website, and then emailing or faxing it to the CRA
3. Going in person to the CRA office to submit the form
If you are cancelling your exclusion before the end of the excluded period, you will need to pay a reinstatement fee of $500. If you are cancelling your exclusion after the end of the excluded period, there is no reinstatement fee.
Once your request has been processed, you will be notified in writing of the outcome within 2 weeks.
