Once you’ve chosen a table, it’s time to start playing! The goal of Zynga Poker is to have the best hand at the table when all of the betting is done. Each hand starts with two forced bets called “blinds.
” The player to the left of the dealer posts the small blind, and the player to the left of the small blind posts the big blind. These forced bets ensure that there’s always something at stake in each hand of poker.
After the blinds are posted, each player is dealt two cards face down. These are your “hole cards.” The first round of betting starts with the player to the left of the big blind.
This player can either “call” (match the big blind), “raise” (bet more than the big blind), or “fold” (give up their hand and chips). Betting continues around the table until all players have either called or folded.
If anyone has raised, then all players still in the hand must match that bet in order to stay in. If no one has raised, then the player who posted the big blind can “check” (not bet anything). Once all bets are matched or everyone has checked, if more than one player is still in the hand then it’s time for.
The Flop: Three community cards are dealt face up in the middle of the table. These are shared cards that everyone can use to make their best five-card hand.
The flop is followed by another round of betting starting with the player to the left of the dealer. Players can check, bet, raise or fold just like before.
The Turn: A fourth community card is dealt face up on top of The Flop . Another round of betting ensues starting with The Player Left Of The Dealer .

The River: A final community card is dealt face up on top of The Turn . This last round of betting starts with The Player Left Of The Dealer .
