And if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Outlook Calendar makes it easy to do so.

But what if you want to schedule appointments with more than one person? That’s where appointment slots come in.

An appointment slot is a time slot that you create in your calendar that others can book. For example, let’s say you want to meet with three different people for 30 minutes each.

You can create three 30-minute appointment slots in your calendar, and then send invitations to each person. They can then choose the time slot that works best for them and book it.

To create an appointment slot in Outlook Calendar, open your calendar and click on the day and time you want to create the slot for. Then click on the “Create” button at the top of the page and select “Appointment Slots.”

Enter the details for your appointment slot, including the duration of the slot, the number of slots available, and any other relevant information. Then click “Save.”

Once you’ve created your appointment slots, invite others to book them by clicking on the “Invite Attendees” button. Enter their email addresses and send the invitations.

They’ll then be able to see the available slots and choose one that works for them.

If you need to make any changes to an appointment slot, simply open it up and make the necessary changes.”

When you’re finished creating appointment slots, click on the “Done” button at the top of the page. Your slots will now be visible in your calendar and others will be able to book them.
