If you manage a Google Calendar for your business, you can create appointment slots to make it easy for people to schedule time with you. Appointment slots are a feature of Google Calendar that let you set up a schedule of open appointments that others can book.

To use appointment slots:

1. Open Google Calendar.
2. In the left panel, click the down arrow next to “Other calendars.”
3. Select “Create new calendar.”
4. Enter a name and description for your calendar, then click “Create calendar.”
5. In the left panel, hover over your new calendar, then click the three dots that appear.
6. Click “Settings and sharing.


7. Under “Access permissions,” click “Add person.”
8. Enter the email address of the person (or group of people) you want to be able to book appointments with you, then click “Send.”
9. Return to your calendar, then click the down arrow next to your calendar name in the left panel.
10. Click “Appointment slots.”
11. Enter the details of your appointment slot, then click “Save.”.
