How Do You Deal a Single Deck in Blackjack?

A blackjack deck is a standard 52-card deck of playing cards. The Ace is worth 1 or 11, the King, Queen and Jack are each worth 10, and the other cards are worth their pip value.

In blackjack, the player is dealt two cards face down and the dealer is dealt one card face up and one card face down.

The object of the game is to get a hand value that is closer to 21 than the dealer’s hand, without going over 21 (busting). The player with the higher hand value wins.
