There are a few ways to get more outpost slots in State of Decay. The first is to simply complete the game. Upon completion of the game, the player will be awarded an extra outpost slot.

The second way to get more outpost slots is to purchase the “Outpost Pack” DLC. This DLC adds two additional outpost slots to the player’s total, for a total of five.

The third way to get more outpost slots is through a glitch. This glitch, which was discovered shortly after the game’s release, allows the player to construct a fourth outpost. The fourth outpost does not serve any purpose and cannot be used for anything, but it does exist. To construct the fourth outpost, the player must first have three outposts already built.

Once they have three outposts, they must then build a trade post at one of their outposts. After the trade post has been built, they must then demolish it. Once it has been demolished, they will then have four outposts.
