To start, each player should put up an equal amount of money. This will be the “pot” that everyone is playing for. Deal out two cards to each player face down.

These are the player’s “hole cards.” Then, deal one card face up to each player.

The player with the Lowest face up card starts the betting. They can either bet the amount of money in the pot, or they can “fold,” which means they give up their hole cards and take no further part in the hand.

If they bet, the next player has the same options: they can either match the bet or fold. This continues until all but one player has either folded or matched the highest bet.

At this point, the remaining player has two options: they can either “see” the bet, which means they match it and reveal their hole cards; or they can “raise,” which means they increase the amount of money in the pot and reveal their hole cards. If there’s more than one player remaining at this point, betting continues until all but one player has either seen or folded.

Once all betting is complete, it’s time to reveal hole cards and see who has won the pot. The player with the highest hand according to standard blackjack rules wins the pot.
