How Does Pokemon Roulette Work?

Pokemon Roulette is a game that can be played with two or more players. Each player starts with a deck of cards, and each card has a different Pokemon on it.

The object of the game is to collect as many Pokemon as possible by winning battles against other players.

To start a battle, each player shuffles their deck and deals out five cards face down to each player. The player who starts the battle flips over the first card in their deck- this is their Active Pokemon.

The other players then each flip over one of their cards- these are their Benched Pokemon. The player who started the battle then chooses one of their Benched Pokemon to be their Active Pokemon, and the player to their left becomes the new attacker.

The attacker then chooses one of the opponent’s Benched Pokemon to battle against. The defending player can either choose to switch their Active Pokemon with one of their Benched Pokemon, or they can stay in and try to fight.

If the defending player chooses to switch, they reveal their new Active Pokemon and the turn passes to the next player clockwise. If the defending player chooses to fight, they reveal their hand of cards and compare it to the attacker’s hand- whichever player has the higher total number of energy cards wins the round and gets a point. The first player to reach three points wins the game!.
