How Long Is a Casino Craps Table?

A casino craps table is usually around 8 feet long and is manned by four casino employees. The game is played with two dice and up to 20 players can bet on the outcome of each roll.

The table has a special layout with areas for the different types of bets. There is also a space in the middle of the table for the dealer to stand.

The game starts with the player who is on the “pass” line. This player rolls the dice and if they roll a 7 or 11, they win.

PRO TIP:When selecting a casino craps table, the standard size is 8 feet long and 4 feet wide. This provides enough room for up to 12 players, with each player having their own side of the table. If you are looking for a smaller size table, there are 6-foot tables available as well.

If they roll a 2, 3 or 12, they lose. Any other number becomes their “point”.

The player continues to roll the dice until they either roll their point again, in which case they win, or they roll a 7, in which case they lose. If the player rolls a 7 before rolling their point again, this is called “sevening out” and they lose their bet.

Once a player has sevened out, the next player in line on the pass line takes their turn. This continues until all players have had a turn or until someone wins enough money to “buy the house”, which means they can keep all the money in the pot.

Craps is a fast-paced and exciting game that can be very profitable for players who know what they are doing. However, it is also a very risky game and players can quickly lose large sums of money if they don’t know what they are doing.
