The RV park has 400 spaces with full hookUPS.

The property opened on October 18, 1968 as Circus Circus Enterprises’ original flagship casino. It was the first resort to be built with family entertainment in mind.

The company later sold the property to Hilton Hotels Corporation in 1971. Hilton renovated and expanded the resort, adding the West Tower in 1972 and the Skyrise Tower in 1974.

In 1984, Hilton sold the property to American Express for $275 million. American Express sold the property to Grand Casinos in 1993 for $825 million. Circus Circus was acquired by Mandalay Resort Group in 2005 for $7 billion.

In 2015, MGM Resorts International announced it would purchase Mandalay Bay for $650 million and lease it back to MGM Resorts for $87 million per year. The deal was completed on April 25, 2005 and the property was renamed Circus Circus Las Vegas.

The original plan was to build a 4-story hotel with 2,000 rooms, but this was expanded to include a 15-story hotel tower with 3,767 rooms. The casino originally featured circus acts such as acrobats and clowns performing for guests while they gambled.

These acts were eventually dropped due to lack of interest from guests.

The West Tower was added in 1972 which brought the room count up to 1,500. The Skyrise Tower was added in 1974 which increased the room count to 2,032.

In 1984, an additional tower was added which brought the room count up to 3,767.

The RV park was added in 1968 with 400 spaces. It was expanded in 1974 to include 800 spaces and then again in 1984 to include 1,200 spaces.

In 1993, it was expanded one last time to include 1,400 spaces.

Circus Circus has a total of 3,767 hotel rooms and 1,400 RV spaces spread out over 30 acres (12 ha).
