The resort opened on June 24, 2015, becoming the first new casino resort to open on the Las Vegas Strip in six years. The property was originally known as Echelon Place.
Construction of the $4 billion project began in February 2014.
The Resort World Las Vegas casino is located on the west side of the Las Vegas Strip, between the Bellagio and The Venetian. The casino floor is 120,000 square feet and has 2,500 slot machines and 100 table games.
The hotel at Resort World Las Vegas has 3,500 rooms in two towers: the West Tower and the East Tower. The towers are connected by a sky bridge.
The hotel also has a convention center with 100,000 square feet of space.
The property also includes several restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. One of the most popular attractions is the Panda Express, which is located in the food court.
