The first thing you need to do is purchase an Arcade property from Maze Bank Foreclosures for $2.2 million.
This will be your base of operations for the heist, where you and your team will plan and execute the robbery.
Next, you need to purchase some equipment from Eye in the Skye for $165,000. This will give you access to the casino’s security feed, allowing you to scope out the layout and plan your approach.
You also need to buy a hacking device from Lester for $50,000, which will be used to hack into the casino’s security system and disable the cameras.
Once you have all of the necessary equipment, you can start planning your approach. There are three possible approaches that can be taken: The Silent & Sneaky approach, The Aggressive approach, or The Big Con approach.
The Silent & Sneaky approach is the most stealthy option and requires you to put in more work upfront in order to avoid being detected. You’ll need to purchase a silenced weapon for each member of your team from Ammu-Nation for $9,500 each.
You’ll also need a thermal charge from Pavel for $3,750, which will be used to blow open the vault door.
This approach also requires you to purchase a disguise from ECola for each member of your team for $500 each. These disguises will allow you to blend in with the casino staff and make it easier to avoid being detected.
The Aggressive approach is the most direct option and involves going in guns blazing. You’ll need to purchase an assault rifle for each member of your team from Ammu-Nation for $12,500 each.
This approach doesn’t require any disguises, but it is more likely that you’ll be detected by security cameras or guards during the heist.
The Big Con approach is the most complicated option and requires you to put in more work upfront in order to avoid being detected. You’ll need to purchase a disguise from ECola for each member of your team for $500 each.
These disguises will allow you to blend in with the casino staff and make it easier to avoid being detected.
You’ll also need a fake ID from Redwood Cigarettes for each member of your team for $20,000 each. These IDs will allow you to pose as construction workers who are supposed to be working on renovating the casino penthouse suite.
This will give you access to restricted areas of the casino that would otherwise be off-limits.
Finally, you’ll need two EMP devices from Cliffhanger for $150,000 each. These devices will be used to disable the security system and open the vault door without having to use a thermal charge.
However, using EMPs will cause an alarm that will bring security guards rushing towards your location.
