There are currently no MGM casinos in Pennsylvania. However, the company has been linked to a potential future casino project in the state.
In 2019, MGM Resorts International announced that it was partnering with the Cordish Companies on a $700 million casino resort in Philadelphia. The project is still in the early stages of development and it is unclear if or when it will be completed.

The proposed casino resort would be situated just blocks from Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles. It would also be located near other major attractions such as Citizens Bank Park (home of MLB’s Philadelphia Phillies) and Wells Fargo Center (home of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers).
The MGM-Cordish casino resort would likely generate significant economic activity for Philadelphia and the surrounding region. According to an estimate from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the project could create up to 1,500 new jobs and generate $315 million in annual tax revenue for the state.
MGM Resorts has a long history of success in the gaming industry and Cordish Companies has a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget. If all goes according to plan, there could soon be an MGM casino resort in Pennsylvania.
