What Are the Rules of Poker Dice?

Poker dice are a game that has been around for centuries, and while the rules have changed slightly over time, the basic premise remains the same. Players roll five dice and use the results to create the best poker hand possible.

The player with the highest hand at the end of the game wins.

The main difference between poker dice and regular dice is that poker dice have six sides, each with a different value. The values on the sides of the dice are Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, and 9.

In order to create a hand, players must roll all five dice at once. They can then set the dice aside and roll again if they wish, but they cannot change the values of the dice that have already been rolled.

PRO TIP:When playing Poker Dice, the goal is to get the highest possible poker hand. A hand consists of five dice and the possible combinations are: Five of a Kind, Straight Flush, Four of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, Two Pair and One Pair. The player with the highest hand wins the game. To determine who has the highest hand, compare the dice values from highest to lowest. The highest value die is an Ace (A), followed by King (K), Queen (Q), Jack (J), 10 and then 9-2.

Players can choose to roll as many times as they want before setting their hand, but they can only set one hand per turn. This means that if they have two good hands after rolling three times, they will have to choose which hand to keep and which to discard.

Once all players have set their hands, it is time for the showdown. The player with the highest hand showing starts by revealing their cards.

The other players then reveal their hands in turn, with the highest hand winning the pot.

If there is a tie for the highest hand, the pot is split evenly between those players. If more than one player has a tie for second place, those players also split the pot evenly between them.
