Blackjack Mulligan was an American professional wrestler, who was best known for his time in the World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF). Mulligan was born Robert Jack Windham, on November 26, 1942, in Sweetwater, Texas.

He began his wrestling career in the 1960s, and quickly became one of the top stars in the business. Mulligan was a six-time WWWF World Heavyweight Champion, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006.
