What Is Mentor Roulette Ffxiv?

Mentor Roulette is a system designed to help new and inexperienced players in Final Fantasy XIV by matching them with more experienced players who can offer guidance and advice. The system was introduced in patch 2.

1 and has been expanded and improved upon in subsequent patches.

Players who wish to take part in Mentor Roulette must first complete a short quest called “To Become a Mentor.” This quest is available from the Adventurers’ Guild in each of the three main cities: Limsa Lominsa, Ul’dah, and Gridania.

Once the quest is completed, the player will be able to select Mentor Roulette from the Duty Finder menu.

Mentor Roulette matches players with others based on several factors, including:

– The player’s current level
– The player’s current content clearance (i.e., what dungeons and trials they have completed)
– The player’s role (tank, healer, or DPS)

Once matched, the player and their mentor(s) will be teleported to a private instance where they can complete a series of objectives together. These objectives vary depending on the player’s level and content clearance, but typically involve completing a dungeon or trial.

Players who complete all of the objectives with their mentor(s) will be awarded experience points, gil, and Tomestones of Poetics. In addition, both the player and their mentor(s) will receive a bonus to their Experience Points earned for the next 12 hours.
