What Number Comes Up the Most in Roulette?

There is no definitive answer to this question as the odds of any given number coming up are always the same – 1 in 37 (or 1 in 38 if you’re playing American roulette). However, some people believe that certain numbers are ‘hotter’ than others and tend to come up more often.

One theory is that the numbers that lie opposite each other on the wheel (e.g. 1 and 36, 2 and 35 etc.

) are more likely to come up than those that are not next to each other. This is because the ball is more likely to bounce off these numbers as it spins around the wheel.

Another theory is that numbers ending in the same digit are more likely to be drawn together. So, for example, if the last few numbers drawn have been 17, 18 and 19 then there’s a higher chance that another number ending in a 7, 8 or 9 will be drawn next.

Of course, these are just theories and there’s no guarantee that any particular number is more likely to come up than any other. Ultimately, it’s down to pure luck as to which number will be drawn next!.
