In Oregon, video poker is legal in licensed bars and taverns. There are no age restrictions for playing video poker in Oregon.

The only requirement is that players must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcohol.

There are 36 counties in Oregon. Of those, 31 counties allow video poker in licensed bars and taverns.
