The Akwesasne Mohawk Casino is a native American casino in Hogansburg, New York. It is owned by the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and operated by the Mohawk Gaming Authority.

The casino opened on April 12, 1999, with 50,000 square feet (4,600 m2) of gaming space.
