Why Don’t I Have Appointment Slots in Google Calendar?

If you’re like most people, you probably use Google Calendar to keep track of your appointments. But what if you can’t find any appointment slots in your calendar? There are a few possible reasons for this.

One possibility is that you’re not looking in the right place. Appointment slots only appear in the “Day” view of your calendar.

So if you’re looking at your calendar in the “Week” or “Month” view, you won’t see any appointment slots.

Another possibility is that you don’t have any appointment slots set up in your calendar. To set up an appointment slot, go to the “Day” view of your calendar and click on the time slot that you want to use.

Then, click on the “More options” link and select “Create an appointment slot.”.

If you still can’t see any appointment slots in your calendar, it’s possible that your account has been set up so that only you can see them. To check this, go to the “Settings” page for your calendar and look under the “Privacy” section.

If the “Show availability to:” option is set to “Only show free/busy (hide details),” then only you will be able to see your appointment slots. To change this, select the “show availability to:” option and choose one of the other options.
