The Heartland Poker Tour (HPT) is coming back! After a one-year hiatus, the tour will resume in 2020 with a full schedule of events.

HPT was founded in 2005 and quickly became one of the most popular poker tours in the country. The tour attracted some of the biggest names in poker and awarded millions of dollars in prize money.

However, the tour went on hiatus in 2019 due to financial difficulties. But now, HPT is back and better than ever.

The tour will kick off its 2020 season with a $1 million guaranteed tournament at Ameristar Casino in East Chicago, Indiana. This will be the largest guaranteed prize pool in HPT history.

In addition to the East Chicago event, HPT will also host tournaments in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
