How Do You Make a Roulette Wheel Out of Wood?

Roulette is a casino game named after the French word meaning little wheel. In the game, players may choose to place bets on either a single number, various groupings of numbers, the colors red or black, whether the number is odd or even, or if the numbers are high (19–36) or low (1–18).

Instructions:

1. Start by finding or making yourself a Roulette wheel template. You can find plenty of these online or make your own using graph paper and a compass. Just make sure that your template is to scale so that everything fits together perfectly later on.
2. Cut out your template using either a jigsaw or router being careful to stay as close to the lines as possible. If you’re using a router, you may want to make several passes at different depths to avoid overcutting your pieces.

Once your pieces are cut out, it’s time to start assembling your Roulette wheel! Begin by attaching your supports to your base using screws and glue making sure that they’re level and flush with the edges all around. Then, glue and screw your inner ring onto your base taking care that it’s also level all around. 4. Now it’s time to attach your outer ring onto your inner ring making sure that everything is still level as you go along. Once everything is glued and screwed into place, give your whole assembly a good sanding paying special attention to any rough edges where pieces come together. 5.
