Miami Valley Gaming, located in Lebanon, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati, is a Racino that features live harness racing, gaming, dining, and entertainment. The Racino opened in December of 2002 with 1,600 video lottery terminals (VLTs). The facility now has 2,200 VLTs, making it the fifth largest gaming facility in Ohio.
