What Does Blackjack Do in Bo3?

In Blackjack, players are each dealt two cards, face up or down depending on the casino and the table at which they are sitting. In the U.S., the dealer is also dealt two cards, one face up and one face down.

The value of cards two through ten is their pip value (2 through 10). All face cards (Jack, Queen, King) and the Ace have a value of ten. An Ace can have a value of either one or eleven depending on what is best for the player’s hand.

PRO TIP:Blackjack in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is a specialist character who appears when certain conditions are met in the game. When activated, he grants the player special bonuses such as increased movement speed, increased damage, and increased ammo capacity. Additionally, Blackjack can revive downed teammates and provide them with additional health.

The goal of blackjack is to have a hand value that is greater than that of the dealer’s hand, but not exceed 21. Once all players have finished their turn, the dealer reveals his or her hand and must hit (draw another card) until the hand has a value of 17 or more.

If the dealer goes over 21, then all players who are still in the game win.

Players are allowed to split pairs (two cards with the same value) and double down (receive one more card after doubling their bet). Insurance is offered when the dealer’s face up card is an Ace.
