Robert Francis “Blackjack” Mulligan (November 26, 1926 – March 7, 2016) was an American professional wrestler, author, and actor.

Mulligan was born in New York City. He was a Golden Gloves boxing champion as a teenager and served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He began his professional wrestling career in the early 1950s. In the 1970s, Mulligan began wrestling in singles matches. He won several regional championships, including the NWA Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship and the NWA United States Heavyweight Championship.
