Belterra Casino Resort & Spa is a riverboat casino on the Ohio River in Switzerland County, Indiana near Florence, roughly halfway between Louisville, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is owned by Boyd Gaming.

The resort has 670 rooms and suites, as well as an 18-hole golf course designed by PGA Tour professional Steve Elkington.

The casino opened in October 2002. It was originally developed by the late riverboat casino pioneer Jack Binion as a joint venture with his son Tilman J. Fertitta, Jr., owner of Landry’s, Inc.

The resort was expanded in 2007 with the addition of a second hotel tower containing suites. A new convention center was also added at that time.

In 2008, Boyd Gaming announced plans to add a second 18-hole golf course to the resort, to be designed by world-renowned golf course architect Pete Dye. Construction of the new course began in 2009 and it opened for play in May 2010.
