Downstream Casino Resort is a Native American casino in Quapaw, Oklahoma, owned and operated by the Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma. The casino opened in 2008.

In March 2020, Downstream Casino Resort temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The casino reopened on May 15, 2020.
