Who Bought the Meadows Casino?

In March of 2014, a group of investors purchased the Meadows Casino in Washington County, Pennsylvania for $465 million. The new owners included American Gaming and Entertainment Properties (a subsidiary of Penn National Gaming), Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC (a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands), and Pinnacle Entertainment.

The Meadows Casino is located about 20 miles south of Pittsburgh. It first opened in 2007 and was owned by Cannery Casino Resorts.
