Blackjack Mulligan, real name Robert Jack Windham, was an American professional wrestler, author, and American football player. He was born on November 26, 1942 in Sweetwater, Texas.

Windham is best known for his time in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) under the name Blackjack Mulligan.

Mulligan was an All-American offensive lineman at West Texas State University. He played professionally for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL) for one season.

After his football career ended, he began training to become a professional wrestler. Mulligan made his wrestling debut in 1966.

Mulligan wrestled for various promotions throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He won several championships, including the NWA United States Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
