The next day, Simon is found dead in his apartment with a poker chip lodged in his throat. The police rule it as a homicide and John becomes the prime suspect.

Bree breaks up with John and he is arrested. However, Anton provides an alibi for John and he is released.

The group decides to play one more game of poker to figure out who killed Simon. They agree that whoever loses the hand will confess to the murder.

The game ends with Bree losing the hand. She then confesses to killing Simon because she was UPSet that he was cheating on her with Claire.
